Why relationships are complicated, confusing, and full of uncertainty?
I hate uncertainty. I need to know if it will last, if it will be good, what to do next, and what to expect... Simply hate this feeling...
My insecurities are forming through uncertainties... I know and understand that the future will reveal itself in its own time. But sometimes I just can't help it.
Read an article on dealing with uncertainty it says that the necessary skills for dealing with uncertainty are patience, living in the moment, slow-motion small decisions, not being attached to any particular outcome, gradually revealing your true feelings, and finding plenty of other distractions to keep your mind off the problem.
I will try to work on it but I'm not sure if I will be successful. well at least now I got exams to keep me distracted...
